• Orders can be placed by letter, email, phone or in person.

• Prices are in GBPounds. A deposit of 10% may be required on orders valued at £500 or over. Payment of the balance is due before delivery, and from outside the UK must be made in pounds by bank transfer. For amounts up to £500, payment can be made by PayPal.

• Delivery time:

Student Pipes usually from stock, but in any case within 6 months or less. All other pipes about 18 months at present.

Whistles are usually available from stock, but sometimes there may be a delay of up to one year.

• Servicing can be carried out and replacement reeds supplied as needed. To avoid delays and payments to UK Customs and Excise, instruments returned from outside the UK must be clearly marked with the reason for sending, and that they will be returned to the sender on completion of the work.

• Instruments are normally supplied without a case. Cases for pipes are usually available from stock in a range of sizes. Enquire if you are interested.
